Matthew Matt James was born in North Carolina on December 5 1991. James is the child of Manny and Patty James and is of mixed race. The father of Manny James is Nigerian and his mother is caucasian-American. In 2010 he graduated at Sanderson High School and furthered to Wake Forest University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics in 2015. James first became famous by his character on The Bachelorette's reality TV star. The Bachelor season 25 premiered in 2021. The following Bachelor was James, who became his one of the first African American to play the lead character. James was the ideal candidate for the job, since he's rounded tall, athletic and has a good sense of humor. Rachael Krokconnell won the show by allowing James to establish an affair with her. He joined forces with famous professional dancer Arnold in 2021, to take part in the 30th season of Dancing with the Stars. James as well as Arnold placed 12th.
